
Manifesting - Allowing

You can’t make a manifestation happen, you can only play your part in it coming into reality.
This means creating a state of allowing - consciously letting it happen.
How this translates practically speaking is, once you’ve written your list, it’s necessary to not only look at what you do in your daily life to honour those intentions, but also who you are in the present that supports your manifestation.
On a daily basis, The Universe is constantly communicating with you and how you respond to these messages directly influences your manifestation journey. It’s always showing it’s listening and it does this through:
Signs and symbols: as we set out in the last section
Challenges: when you find yourself in situations when you have a choice to settle and/or stay the same or upgrade
Synchronicities: things happening out of the blue or by apparent coincidence that lead to helpful shifts, leaps and diversions on your path
Cues and nudges - this is my way of describing guidance. Gut instinct, ideas or thoughts that come into your mind quietly, but fully formed
The people that cross your path: Spirit works through other people. Chance meetings that open doors to friendship and more, or even your BFF sitting you next to a valuable contact at a dinner party
Can you take an audit now of how you’ve received these communications recently and in the past?
Write these down and then pay attention to how these apply to your current manifestation list.
Keeping track of evidence that The Univerese is already working in your life will keep your frequency high, intention strong and your container ever more ready to receive.
By now you know you want it, but do your beliefs match up?
Even though the universe and its resources are vast and infinite, we as human beings having our earthly experience, need to be able to conceive that what we want can, could and will actually happen.
Your manifestation journey is an overt invitation to start being aware of and unpacking your beliefs about yourself and the world you live in. This topic - aligning your beliefs - often holds the ‘turn of the key’ for your manifestations.
Our beliefs are as unique as each of us are and they set the lens through which we see the world. We must create the shifts where beliefs match our manifestation and then collect evidence that new belief is true. If we don’t feel like a fit for our manifestation then it’s tricky for it to come to be.
But how? Because it doesn’t happen by accident!
-Write down all your current limiting beliefs around your manifestation.
-Then recall your memories from your life, especially childhood, that have shaped those beliefs?
-With only love to all those involved, which people led to reinforcement of those beliefs?
-What’s your new belief you can adopt for the next phase of your life that suits you better?
This isn’t a one and done exercise - you’ll need to stay on top of it and this will require daily awareness to ‘catch’ the beliefs that currently limit you and reprogram.
In Sticky Abundance, our lovely guest Jericho references Byron Katie’s method to help with this, which involves four questions to pose around a negative thought:
Is it true?
Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
How do you react when you believe that thought?
Who would you be without the thought
Let’s take this through an example…
You’re wanting to manifest a new partner. After having lunch with a friend and hearing all about their hot new love life you leave the café feeling despondent and frustrated. The thought that keeps coming up and circling is “it will never happen for me”.
Is it true that it will never happen for me… It certainly feels that way right now.
Can you absolutely know that it’s true that it will never happen… Well no I can’t know for sure, because I did get a taste of love and commitment in my last relationship but it didn’t work out.
When I have the limiting thought, I spiral and feel hopeless and desperate. It’s yuck.
Without this thought I would be lighter I would feel positive and optimistic. I’ll be more open to opportunities.
OK, let’s add another question to fortify our manifestation…
“What’s my new belief?”
“I am open to believe it’s already happening for me in ways I might not understand right now”
Stay topped up daily and keep it going
As well as awareness around your beliefs, another support system you can put in place for your manifestation is the magic ingredient of gratitude. This will transport you out of the lack mentality and into the abundance and possibility state.
We covered this in our ENERGY section - gratitude has a high frequency that is a real accelerator for manifesting.
This especially applies when you feel like the signs have dried up and you feel things have stopped happening for your manifestation - a bit like the Universe has lost your number!
In order to not fall into a controlling or bratty energy (it happens!) when we need to be open-palmed and in surrender, there are a couple of things I always turn to.
The things that bring joy. It might involve booking a trip to see a friend abroad for a change of scenery, listening to ABBA, organizing your room, playing your favourite music or eating in your favourtite restaurant. Stay active and keep your energy as clean and aligned as possible, and in doing so, keep doubts and lack mentality at bay.
With compassion and courage, I examine where I’m not really and truly being true to my manifestation. Where am I shrinking or being insecure. Where am I avoiding being the person I need to be to receive this manifestation?
For example, if I want to manifest a certain amount of money, but I’m not staying connected to my current financial situation, I am avoiding being the person that attracts and holds wealth. Someone who checks their bank balance regularly, pays their bills on time, manages debt and ensures I am paid on time too is a match for wealth.
So, from me taking an audit, I can address the gaps and more wholly and ready myself for the manifestation, while also showing myself and the universe how much I am committed.

Bring attention to your forehead right between your eyes. Notice a beam of light stretching out, notice it travelling years into the future, notice that you are going to meet your future self a few years from now, notice you are soon to see a house or dwelling place, your future self’s home.
· Now see your future self’s front door come into view
· Take a look around, what kind of place is this? What does it look like and feel like?
· See your future-self coming to the door to greet you. Take in their face and warm welcome, notice as they offer you something to eat or drink. They are present and ready to share with you.
· You go to their favourite spot in their house for a chat
Ask them...
How do I walk into the room?
What do people say about me when I am not there?
How can I play bigger in this moment?
How do I spend my weekdays?
How do I spend my weekends?
Who do I hang out with?
What clothes hang in my wardrobe?
What health and beauty brands do I use?
How do I reply to emails and communicate in general?
What words describe my mood and personality?
What do I need to know to get from where I am now, to where you are?
Now ask them any other question you want their perspective on, big or small...
Before you go, they reach into their pocket and bring out a small item and put it in your hand
As your visit comes to a close, thank them for the wisdom and guidance they have offered you
Find the beam of light that you travelled through to get here, coming back to the present day with each breath further from there, closer to hear.
Slowly come back to your body
Feel the support of the chair
Now journal on what your answers and what came through for you - what can help you move towards your manifestation in this moment?
Keep playing with the universe
As you wait for your manifestations, focus on manifesting the cups of coffee, the parking spaces, the little perks and positive things that, although small, build up your manifesting abilities.
What got you here won’t get you there. Some manifestations will require more work, lessons and trust than others, dependent on how much resistance you have around the desire. They require the removal of layers and inner work for them to come through.
Stay close to your PIPS (Proof It’s Possibles) - never underestimate the power of witnessing other people achieve the things that you desire!
In these moments, see if you can catch yourself before/as you start to compare and make a point of saying my magic phrase ‘good for you and the same for me!’, to turn the energy. Perhaps even dedicate a page of your journal/notes app to log people achieving things you’d like to call in. With practice, this can stop comparison in it’s tracks, when you use their win as a tool for creating clarity around what you want and utilising them as proof of what’s possible. I truly believe that when we are being shown something we want, we are being given the choice to say ‘yes please!’ so that we can choose it too. This is an abundant mindset that lets the universe know that you believe there is enough for everyone!
