Reading List -

The Gifts Of Imperfection: Let go of who you think you're supposed to be and embrace who you are by Brene Brown

The How by Yrsa Daley-Ward
This book is a mix of prose and poetry and Yrsa does a beautiful job of meeting you exactly where you are. I often open a page randomly and take the wisdom the book has for me in that moment.

Purpose by Jessica Huie
I adore this book and the author Jess. Through her story she tells all of our stories. A great read for helping you to find yourself in the quietest and sometimes most challenging of times.
