3. Triggers & Insight
Comparison is showing up to reveal something to you, but what? This powerful exercise helps you get to the root of what’s really going on.
This is a self-focus step.
You might want a cup of tea for this one as we are about to ‘go there’. Up until this point, when we are triggered by comparison, that is, we experience an intense physical and/or emotional reaction, we can get caught up in a spin. But in this step, we are going to break the cycle and instead get to the root of what’s really going on with your comparison.
You have nothing to fear and there’s nothing to worry about and yet, this is a pretty deep exercise of reflection which will hold your focus on things you may not have noticed or wanted to notice.
